Security Not Just For Ninjas

This year has been rather challenging for me since I broke my wrist in May. But where there is a will there is a way so they say, I managed to carry on regardless, moan a bit here and there, but mostly I was motivated and counting the days until my wrist was 100% better. The best laid plans as they say, so it's probably not a surprise that we are now in October and I am still having challenges with my right hand, as a by product of breaking my wrist.

I love writing articles and blogs but this month I handed over one very important blog I enjoy writing to my long suffering but very loyal husband and business partner Dave Ockwell-Jenner. The TELUS Talks Business blog post this month written by Dave is very interesting and will help even the SMB's who have no idea what security is needed regarding their IT stuff but will definitely understand Dave's tips.

One quote from this blog: "As the title might have given away, I’m not a believer in this perception. Security is an ‘everyone’ problem and requires that everyone be involved in the solution. In fact, you certainly don’t need to be a security ninja to help protect your information from the hordes of would-be evil hacker types. What you do need is a little knowledge and apply a few common sense strategies."

Enjoy the blog and be sure to leave your comments on the TELUS Talks Business website, thank you.
