My IT Guy Acquires Schiller Networks

Acquisition Increases My IT Guy’s Presence as Premier I.T. Services Provider

KITCHENER, ON – Nov. 13, 2012  My IT Guy Corp, a leading provider of I.T. services in Waterloo Region, announced today that it has acquired Schiller Networks, a Kitchener-based I.T. consulting firm specialized in delivering I.T. services to SMBs throughout Ontario, to enhance its availability, timeliness and knowledge base.

The purchase of Schiller Networks, based in Kitchener, Ontario, further increases My IT Guy’s share in the I.T. services market in the greater Kitchener-Waterloo area. “This will mean better support for existing clients of both companies, as well as provide the flexibility we need to continue our growth,” said Adam Smith, Owner & CEO of My IT Guy Corp.

The increased availability should provide all clients with improved response time for support requests, reduced downtime, and increased knowledge and resources.
