Hi many of us find our day to day lives get stressful.
Finding time to meditate at one of our group events really assists with mindfulness
is our daily lives. If you find you are feeling stressed or anxious, when someone
else is pushing you to get something done now!
Ask for a few minutes to yourself, or leave the room and go outdoors.
Breathe in the fresh air, relax and slow down your breathe. Repeat to yourself,
I am finding my inner peace, and relaxing with each soothing breathe. (3 second inhale and 3 second exhale)
Now when you go back in to deal with a situation, you are coming from a place of centeredness. That's it, inhale
very slowly, listen to your breathe, and you regain inner peace. Let me know how that works for you.
Two key elements in relaxation in meditation, when you have some time to yourself at home or
at lunch time start with that slow breathe mentioned above, then add some soft music, maybe headphones to
really get some privacy. Nature sounds like Ocean waves can assist. Imagine being at a beach you have
visited from the past. Now say to yourself i am finding my inner peace.
Give your selves 10 minutes to do this and give this to daily or weekly practice and you will find it will be easier to handle daily stressful situations.
A conscious way of making changes in your life, at work, ask to have a monthly meeting, where you can sort out
things that are upsetting you, and other staff members. With a positive attitude, this can work at home and the work place.
We all need to communicate what we feel we need, for daily happiness. Don't' you agree? Start the meeting with relaxing music
have each member relax, close eyes and breathe, if they are open to this, it is a bonus for your team.
Invite me into the work place, and i can assist with a guided meditation, to assist the group to relax. Then, have a meeting, i find
groups are quite happy with the results. When you are feeling good within you will relate better to the group as a whole.

When your in a state of mediation, your body, mind and soul come into sync, as you withdrawal resistance...your in a state
of accepting inner balance when meditating.
Mindfulness comes to those who practise meditation, instead of letting someone pull you into there chaos. You learn to say
I need to take time to sort what you said out. Let me have 5 minutes, and get back to them. You deserve to find inner balance
and let others know, you want to make the best decision, without pressure.

book work, and then let go of what is in your way. It surprises people what one is holding onto.
This is a great thing to practice prior
to sleep, to assist with relaxation.
