If you are struggling with your motivation take some time away from your goal(s) and focus on everyday life tasks. This will enable you to see more of the aspects of the life you have, now in real time. Once you feel refreshed and have written a list of the things you enjoy to do and why you chose your particular goal start again. Focus on your goal one step at a time,ensure you have a sensible date with which to reach your goal. When you do have quiet times close your eyes and focus on your goal(s) imagine what it would be like when you reach your goal(s). See the future and plan 5 years ahead and then look back in time to see how you got there.
