We are excited to announce a brand new partnership between dsgn network and the KOI Music Festival for 2014. The dsgn network, in association with RDC Networks and Cisco, will be bringing rockers a social experience for #KoiFest14.
Thanks to Cisco’s Meraki platform, the festival area will be outfitted with a unique, free wifi solution for all attendees. Even better, will be our interaction with fans, bringing you some special in-area contests and interactions, never seen at festivals before.
The Cisco Meraki system is a wifi component that allows any brand to create a wifi area that engages customers in a new way. Not only does it allow throttling, safety, and security in your system – but it also allows social engagement to be individually branded, and brand products to be at the forefront of any customer’s mobile browser.
At the end of the day, Meraki also offers comprehensive metrics and analysis of the major engagement platforms to see where your customers are engaged when on their device.
We are happy to be partnering with the KOI Music Festival, to offer something different and necessary for every fan. This new way to experience concerts will hopefully be in full swing next year – The KOI Music Festival was our premier choice in venue as Kitchener is synonymous with great technology, leading innovation, and amazing community growth. Working with the festival will be a new avenue such technology can be applied and explored.
The KOI Music Festival is September 19th through to the 21st, on King St. E in Kitchener, Ontario. This year they are featuring over 100 acts of Canadian music, alongside a Food Truck Festival, KOI Con, a yearly music conference, and over 10,000 attendees. Tickets can be purchased through www.ticketscene.ca/koifest14 until the event.
If you have any questions about how we're working with KOI, or would like to discuss how the Meraki system can work for your own business or event, get in touch with us today.
