I am sure by now most of you are getting bored with me plodding on about building your brand and getting as much exposure as possible for your brand. But, as I was once told by a famous motivational speake when I was a novice speaker many years ago " Tell them what you want to tell them, tell them what you want to tell them, and tell them again" People don't always take notice of the tips and advice we offer, they are busy, they don't care, they don't believe it works, so by continuing to share the same message, eventually the people who are serious about being in business, will take notice.
Rather than write a whole new article on the subject of "Your Frontline Representatives Can Make or Break Your Brand" I am sharing the same article I wrote on LinkedIn and saving my time and effort - and at the same time hoping you will take notice, because your brand is very important.
Having a strong and trusted brand can mean the difference between success and failure.
