When you attend a class at Healthy Body Moves, you are not only working on your body, but if you listen to the language and the instructions carefully, you will find there is a philosophy involved as well.
You are getting the 10 - 20 hours of extra listening and training per week that I put in my brain, and subconscious mind!
For a good part of March and April I attending training in "Your Wish is Your Command". What a life changing event that was!
I will share 5 things I learned in those 14 hours!
1. Learned a lot more about myself!
Just becoming aware of the way I think and how my thinking creates my reality was huge. I am learning to be kinder to myself and listen more intently to my "gut" feelings and inner voice.
2. You are what you eat?
I have been on the path of learning and eating whole, living foods for the past 4 years. Do you realize how just changing a few food items per day can start to change your body from being very acidic to alkaline?
Eating more dark leafy greens and less meat will make huge differences in your digestive system, which will change how your organs work.
3. You get what you think about most of the time!
When I was thinking lack or that I don't have, I would create more of that in my life. Now I have turned my thinking to an attitude of gratitude. Coming from being grateful and inviting, realizing that I have learned much and have a lot to share and teach others.
4. I have a voice and people hear me!
As I speak from all my learning, I notice how people are listening and paying attention to the words, they way they are said and how they are said. It is fun playing with this and I look forward to discovering new ways to share this voice.
5. Who do you listen to?
Discovering food choices, exercise choices and overall life choices has been a fun! Listening to how my mind and body respond to each of these areas has been enlightening. Even professionals that mean well, do not understand my body and how it works. When starting a new supplement or new food, new laundry or other products, I listen to my body, how I feel, if there are any rashes or irritations.
During a recent talk with an expert then listening to others, I discovered one ingredient in the mix of 6 did not agree with my body. So, I now know to break things down adding one ingredient at a time.
I would love to know your thoughts on this!
