PCM Global Support Services is entering our 3rd year in the Waterloo Region. We are excited about the opportunaties forthcoming in both the manufacturing and food waste management sectors. Although manufacturing in the Waterloo Region has taken a down turn in the last several years we are hoping the weaker Canadian dollar will see more opportunaties. Our mission is and always will be is to assist small and medium sized businesses become more profitable through competitive global sourcing and other serviced that will help contribute to lower opperating costs, also with our global resorces to assist in developing new global oppertunaties for our Canadian partners.
The food waste management sector has seen an increase in opportunaties within commercial food waste establishments as well as seniors residences and private schools. The high costs of waste removal and getting food waste deverted from the landfills is starting to impact the bottom line and prices for customers in all food sectors will need to be adjusted. By macerating and dewatering food waste the volume of the waste is reduced by 80% lowering the cost of removal as well as taking tons of CO2 emitting food waste from landfills. By In Vessel Composting food waste several opperations can become carbon neutral as no food waste requires vehicles to take away their waste or bring in compost for gardens.
